  I placed an order for a decor item which was a prepaid order and I received a confirmation promptly. After that there is absolutely no updates. I got their whatsapp number and messaged them and they replied saying the item is out of stock and they are trying to get it for me. Again no updates after that. I messaged again after few days and they asked for one day to get back and still no communication. So basically they did not even bother to communicate to the customer that the item i paid for is out of stock until I messaged and asked. Now they are not responding at all to my mail, whatsapp and their number is switched off. My order no H4U008570N and the product is a watering can in gold color. So far this has been my experience with them. Ok so today 27/10/20 I am updating my review as I did receive my order and I am really happy with the product. Earlier i had given a one star and I would have given a 4 but keeping it at 3 because home4u need to understand that updating the customer about what is happening with their product is very important. You cannot leave the customer clueless like I how I was with my order. Thank you for sorting this out and it is a lovely piece of decor and I really like it.
